  • How much will it cost?

    • Please enter your information on our Quote page and we will get back to you with a quote specifically designed for your house.
  • Are you Licensed, Bonded and Insured?
    • Yes we are Licensed, Bonded and Insured! This protects the clients as well as the business. We always recommend that if you go with another company to make sure they are Licensed, Bonded and Insured, like we are!
  • Do you give free quotes?
    • Yes, we do give free quotes. Please visit our Quote page to start the process.
  • How long have you been in business?
    • We have been in business since 2014.
  • Do I need to be home for installation and removal?
    • No you do not need to be home during any portion of our process.
  • What are you doing about COVID-19?
    • With not needing access inside your home, we are able to keep our social distance and limit any exposure. All CTC Lights employees have had COVID-19 training and are screened prior to their shift.
  • What do I do if a light goes out or a clip fails?
    • This doesn't happen very often but if it does, contact us and we will be there fix the problem.
  • What colors do you offer?
    • Please see our Light Colors page for our different light colors, we can do any combination of those you would like.
  • How do I get on the schedule?
    • After receiving your quote if you would like us to move forward we will send you an invoice for 50% down and you will be on the schedule and receive discounts associated with early booking.
  • What if I refer someone else to your services?
    • If you refer us to someone else and we win the job we will thank you with a $50 Starbucks gift card!
